Timber Frame Raising & Panel Installation
Winter Panel sent structural insulated panels and three volunteers to help with a weekend raising and paneling of a frame. Doug Anderson, Dave Gauthier, and Jim Everard of Winter Panel joined with Timber Framers Guild friends of Joel McCarty in Alstead Center, New Hampshire, to raise and panel a 12' x 16' building. The structure is serving as Joel's office in his duties as co-Executive Director of the Timber Framers Guild. Photos by Doug Anderson.

The shiplapped boards are installed as a surface
for mounting the Winter Panel structural insulated panels.
They enclose the building quickly.
